Errand Boy: Part Time Assassin 3 (AC3)

ubisoft finally found out I was playing a Jack Sparrow copy of ac3 so now it's locked. Either way, Errand Boy: Part Time Assassin 3 short review.

STORYLINE

Good, but it's nothing new.

PLOT

Alright, but has confusing plot twists and it's REALLY slow. Protip: You'll only be playing as Connor after several hours.

GRAPHICS

Awesome with lots of details.

AUDIO

Top-notched, good voice actors and lots of details to environmental sound effects and at even songs at some places like sailor or Indian songs. Some mention that the native Americans have a very monotone accent, no comment from me on that.

GAMEPLAY

Below average. Same formula as before, but they cut down on mandatory errands. However, there be a lot of unnecessary and seemingly impossible optional objectives to annoy perfectionists. Also, the scripted events and some poor level design might annoy people.

Some have mentioned to me that there's even less assassination in ac3 compared to it's predecessors. I can't comment since I never played them.

CONTROLS

Alright but sometimes it gets really wonky with the scripted freerunning and chasing events. More often than not you might start climbing or jumping even though you just want to run straight.

SUMMARY

Point is, if you got a lot of time to waste then play this. Otherwise, you might get annoyed at all the sidequests and weird optional objectives. Perfectionists should consider staying away from this.
